However, if you receive a defective product or one that doesn't match your requested product, please let us know within the first three business days of receiving your package.
We'll send you a replacement at no additional charge, and you don't have to return the defective or non-matching product by mail. We understand how important your time is, so we'll take care of everything as quickly as possible, and a refund will take 5 to 7 business days.
If you need to cancel an order, don't hesitate to contact us by email or phone or fill out our cancellation request form on our website. Remember to make your cancellation request before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on the same day your order was placed.
